In this programme, we will learn food preparation skills, including fine motor skills, food preparation tools and cutting techniques.

This programme is recommended for:

  • Middle Years (11 – 14 years old) and above

In this programme, we will learn:

  • Fine motor skills that are required for food preparation.
  • Skills to prepare food, such as washing, thawing and peeling and measuring.
  • Common cutting techniques with a knife.

This programme is open for Pathlight School students to access.
