In this programme, we will learn to:

  • Recognise some common and quick cooking methods mentioned in recipes especially:
    • Moist-Heat Methods.
    • Dry-Heat Methods With Fat.
    • Dry-Heat Methods Without Fat.

This programme is open for Pathlight School students to access.
