In this programme, we will learn food and kitchen safety practices, to keep food poisoning and kitchen hazards (such as cuts, burns and fire) at bay.

  • Middle Years (11 – 14 years old) and above

This programme consists of 2 course:

In this programme, we will learn:

  • Food safety and hygiene practices
  • Common kitchen hazards
  • Preventive measures for kitchen hazards

This programme is open for Pathlight School students to access.
