In this programme, we will learn food and kitchen safety practices, to keep food poisoning and kitchen hazards (such as cuts, burns and fire) at bay.
- Middle Years (11 – 14 years old) and above
In this programme, we will learn:
- Food safety and hygiene practices
- Common kitchen hazards
- Preventive measures for kitchen hazards
This programme is open for Pathlight School students to access.
Pathlight School students can enrol in this programme after signing in to Learn for Life eCampus.
