Exercising in the Gym

Full course description

Going to the gym is a good way to get regular exercise that targets different parts of our body. We can do a variety of exercises using the exercise equipment available in a gym. And because gyms are indoors, the weather outside can't stop us from exercising.

Gym exercises are also effective for increasing strength, maintaining a healthy body weight, and keeping our heart healthy. Having a healthy heart lowers our risk of many health problems such as high cholesterol and high blood pressure.
