To maintain a healthy and active lifestyle, we need to exercise regularly. While some may enjoy exercising outdoors, it is not always possible because of the weather. Sometimes, we may just feel like staying home instead of going out. Whatever the reason, we can still keep exercising regularly in the comfort of our home.
This course will share simple yet effective exercise routines that we can safely do at home.
In this course, we will learn about:
- Getting Ready for Exercise
- Warming Up Before Exercising
- Home Workout Routine Number 1
- Home Workout Routine Number 2
- Home Workout Routine Number 3
- Cooling Down After Exercising
In this course, we will learn how to carry out:
- A warm-up routine.
- A cool down routine.
- Three core routines, each comprising several exercises.
