This course will share about BMI, calories, and Recommended Dietary Allowances (RDA) and how we can maintain a healthy weight.
In this course, we will learn about:

- Counting and Tracking Calories.
- Being Active and Exercising.
- Daily Recommended Dietary Allowances (RDA).
