Meetings are an essential part of work. They often take place in the workplace. Sometimes, they may also happen outside of the workplace. Nowadays, meetings often take place online.

In this course, learners will learn the appropriate behaviour expected during meetings at the workplace.

This course is organised into three modules:

What is a Meeting?
Meeting Etiquette
Learning Activities and Practices

At the end of this course, learners are expected to apply skills in the following areas:

Explain the importance of following basic meeting etiquette
Demonstrate the expected behaviours before and during meetings

This online course is open for Pathlight School students to access.
