In this course, you will learn about calories, following My Healthy Plate, fruit and vegetables, nutrition and carbohydrates. This will help you to make healthier food choices in order to start a healthy eating plan.
This course is organised into five modules:

- My Healthy Plate
- Fruit and Vegetables
- Nutrition 101
- A Guide to Carbohydrates
What you'll learn:
- how to adopt a healthy diet based on the calories you need
- how to make better food choices with a wider selection of fruits and vegetables
- how to pick healthier food items to suit your diet
