This course introduces learners to the Tamil Hindu festival of Thaipusam to learn the purpose of this festival and what it means to its celebrants.

This is a single module short course.

Students will learn:

and understand the meaning and significance of Thaipusam
the origin stories of the festival
the important practices of the festival and why they are significant
