This course is designed to help pre-teen girls understand what happens to their bodies when they start menstruating as part of a body change and how they can manage menstruation.
This course is recommended for:
- Upper Secondary
- Vocational Senior
This course will take about 30 minutes to complete.
In this course, we will learn to:
- Describe what menstruation is
- Use sanitary pad during menstruation
- Cope with the effects of menstruation
- Follow the Do's and Don'ts during menstruation
Growing Up and Managing Change is introduced to Pathlight School students in Primary 6 as part of their on-campus lessons.
Parents may request to enrol in this standalone topic course if they wish to go through the contents with their child/ward earlier.
