Participating in sports and games is essential for our well-being and maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

There is a variety of programmes available for us to exercise and stay fit. This course will provide an introduction to Sports and Games activities for us to try during our free time.

In this course, we will learn to:

  • recognise the benefits of participating in sports and games
  • recognise the different types of sports and games
    • Racquet and ball games
    • Outdoor adventure activities
    • Martial arts
    • Dance aerobics
