Attending social events provides the opportunity for us to socialise with people like family members, relatives and friends. We can also get to know new people. Attending social events can be stressful for some of us.

This course will provide guidance on what to expect when attending a social event and how to be better prepared so that we can have a pleasant time.

This course is recommended for:

11 years old and up

This course contains two modules:

Types of Social Events
Responding To An Invitation

In this course, we will learn to:

recognise the different types of private and community social events
respond to an invitation
select an appropriate gift for the host/occasion

This online course is open for Pathlight School students to access.
