Shopping for food and household groceries is something we do at least once a week to restock on our household supply of fresh food and essential household products such as soap.
In this course, we will learn how to buy groceries from a Supermarket.
In this course, we will learn:
- Where to buy food groceries?
- How to prepare a grocery shopping list
- Scheduling a date and time for shopping
- How to shop at a supermarket
- Locating the sections in a supermarket
- Checking items before buying
- How to queue and pay
- How to pack a grocery bag
- How to order and self-collect items
- How to refund or exchange items
In this course, we will learn how to:
- Describe how to get prepared before shopping
- Describe the steps for buying groceries at a supermarket
- Know when and how to request a refund
