We live in a world where the Internet and digital devices are part of daily life. While technology like this has enabled us to do a lot more a lot quicker, it has also created the issue of Cyber Crimes. Therefore, knowledge of Cyber Security is crucial.

This course will cover common cyber security risks and how we can manage them in order to keep us safe and secure while we enjoy the benefits of technology.

This course contains two modules:

  • Cyber Security Risks
  • Managing Cyber Security Risks

In this course, we will learn to:

  • Stay safe online by recognising and respond safely to different types of cyber security risks that are found online.
  • Protect self from cybercrime by practising safe computing habits.
  • Reduce the chances of cyber-attacks and stay safe online by securing digital devices.

This online course is open for Pathlight School students to access.
