Opera is a compelling way to tell stories through song and drama. It is a higher-level musical that needs to be sung by trained voices. Often, the opera is sung through without lines of spoken dialogue.

This opera presents a sparkling Viennese operetta by Franz Lehar, The Merry Widow. It has enjoyed success since it was first presented in Vienna in 1905.
