This opera presents a significant 19th century opera, Der Freischütz by the German composer Carl Maria von Weber. It tells the story of a hunter named Max who needs to win a shooting contest before he can marry the head forester's daughter. However, his jealous rival Caspar tempts him into making a demonic bargain to obtain seven magic bullets from the demon hunter Samiel.
